A flowing and dynamic sequence of poses this class is designed to get the body moving. With an emphasis on alignment and breath these classes are designed to get you out of your head and connected to your body. You will build strength, flexibility and balance in a supportive environment, with a little bit of fun thrown in - all levels welcome
A slow creative flow. Expect fluid movements and gentle breath work at a more contemplative pace. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, and also a wonderful class for intermediate and advanced students to slow down and sink deeper into their practice - all levels welcome
Pure yoga bliss, this is a gentle class that begins with a flowing and dynamic sequence of poses before moving into a slower sequence and finally a series of deeply supported yin poses, providing deep rest and relaxation for the body, mind and soul - all levels welcome
Deep rest and relaxation for the body, mind and soul. A combination of Yin and Restorative, this class will take you through a series of deeply supported poses. In this style of class poses are held for longer periods of time with a focus on floor-based postures. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues to create the feeling of space and freedom in your body. This is one of those classes that you never want to end - all levels welcome
Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a practice of postures in a set sequence. The focus of the practice is to synchronise the movement with breath, which creates inner fire (tapas) to purify and strengthen the body and mind. Traditionally, it is practiced early in the morning and learnt over a period of time.
Capture the cool dry season breeze and get a front-row seat to one of Darwin’s spectacular ocean sunsets as you practice yoga on the balcony of the Cas Beach Surf Life Saving Club. These classes run for the duration of the dry season. The first week of April till the last week of September. The class is a mixed level vinyasa flow and everyone is welcome. Bring a mat and water bottle - all levels welcome

You will experience different techniques including breathing, physical calming and restorative positions that focus on grounding, presence and promote energetic alignment of the heart, mind and emotions
