Elisha was initially drawn to yoga to move and sweat through Asana and the challenge of tying her body in knots. Whilst studying a Masters of Counselling and 200 hr YTT with Power Living she began to see the parallel between yoga philosophy and therapy and discovered the power of the body and mind in the healing process.


She uses the time on the mat to feel and breathe through life's challenges. Elisha connects yoga philosophy and somatic movement to tone the nervous system.


Her classes are for the everyday yogi, a playful, dynamic and accessible practice.
