Christine has been practising yoga on and off since 2011, discovering a true passion for the practice in 2018 and incorporating it into her daily routine.

Inspired by her own experience and journey into yoga, Christine recently completed her 200 hr YTT.

With a love for Vinyasa she enjoys the creative aspect behind designing a dynamic asana sequence that flows in harmony with breath and movement, allowing students to find new levels of possibility in their mind and bodies.

Yoga brings a sense of balance, good vibes and positive energy to her life and she is excited to share this experience with others on the Mat.

Outside of Yoga Christine enjoys exploring the NT, spending time with her dogs and building on her collection of plants.
