Megan is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher who is passionate about movement, breath and the human experience.

Although Megan was originally drawn to the yoga practice for the physical challenge, it quickly became a lifestyle. She now enjoys exploring the deep connection between breath and body, intuition and sensation.

Specializing in Vinyasa style classes, Megan loves creating fluid flows that cultivate a strong sense of body awareness and can translate into lessons off the mat.
